The cab of the Nissan NV400 is smart, spacious and practical. It has excellent visibility and is well-insulated from noise. There's plenty of convenient storage – and the ergonomic design means that everything is close to hand.
GET A BETTER PICTURE
The wide-view mirror on the passenger's sunvisor more than doubles your angle of vision on the far side of the vehicle. That makes reversing safer – and reduces blind spots.
The optional high-low beam system adjusts the headlamps depending on driving conditions, for example dipping the lights when a car is coming in the other direction or when you're following a vehicle.
MORE SPACE… AND SLICKER SHIFTING
Mounting the gearlever on the dashboard puts it out of the way but easy to reach, and gives a shorter throw for more precise gearchanging.
DRIVE YOUR LCV IN COMFORT
A comfortable driving position is vital when you're spending long hours behind the wheel. You can adjust the cushion tilt, the lumbar support and th headrest on the NV400's seat, and there's the bonus of a folding centre armrest.
Keep cool – or warm – in the cab of the Nissan NV400 with the optional automatic air-conditioning system. Just set the temperature and let the multi-directional vents do the rest.
A PLACE FOR EVERYTHING
KEEP YOUR PAPERS SAFE
The twin overhead parcel shelves keeps paperwork and wider items out of the way – but immediately accessible.
You'll find an extra storage pocket just above the glovebox. It is ideal for those items you can't live without.
The large glovebox will keep important items from prying eyes. It can be cooled, too, if you have air conditioning, so you can keep two 2 litres bottles cold to enjoy later.
Right where you need it, the two level centre storage bin incorporates two cupholders.
The pull-out clipboard holder in the centre of the dashboard keeps important information in easy reach, and forms a stable writing surface.
An optional under-seat storage compartment keeps equipment safe and out of sight.
ROOM FOR LARGE BOTTLES
Each of the NV400's main door pockets is large enough to hold a 2 litres bottle – perfect for keeping you refreshed during those long, hot days on the road.
CLOSE TO HAND
Neat upper door pockets are the perfect place for work gloves, a torch or small tools.
SAFE AND CONVENIENT
The third pocket in the door is closable, and perfect for tidying away all those little bits and bobs that would otherwise clutter the cab.

The Nissan NV400 LCV comes with safety features designed to inspire confidence behind the wheel. A driver airbag and a strong, rigid cab with a steel bulkhead help make every drive feel more secure.
BRAKE WITH CONFIDENCE
Three high-tech systems ensure you can bring your NV400 to a safe stop even in an emergency. The Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) stops the wheels locking up, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution compensates for the added weight of passengers or load, and Brake Assist reads how quickly you have hit the pedal and applies maximum braking to bring you to a halt if need be.
ESP stability control monitors steering and braking actions, senses oversteer or understeer, and keeps you on your intended path by reducing engine speed and applying ther brakes to specific wheels. Load sensors adapt the system to compensate for the added weight of cargo.
REAR PARKING SENSORS
A must-have for any larger vehicle, the rear parking sensors sound an audible alert to let you know when you’re getting too close to something, saving you from costly bumps when backing into tight spaces.
CHECK YOUR TYRES
Keeping your tyres at the correct pressure is especially important when you're carrying heavy loads. That’s why the Tyre Pressure Monitor System on the instrument panel lights up if it detects low pressure in a tyre.
UNDER LOCK AND KEY
The Nissan NV400 is doubly protected. An optional alarm system detects any attempt to to enter the vehicle, while the immobiliser stops anyone driving off without the electronically-coded key.
The lane Departure Warning warns you when the vehicle crosses a broken or unbroken lane marking, if this happens without the driver having indicated.
A BETTER ROOF RACK
An aluminium roof rack is available as an accessory. Specially designed for the NV400 van, it comes with a rear sliding roller for easier loading of heavy items and a galvanised steel ladder and walkway.
If you want to tow a trailer with the NV400, your Nissan dealer can fit a towbar and electrics. Rigorously tested for durability and strength, the towbar is available with a choice of balls and hooks.
PROTECTION AND VISION
Grilles for the back windows provide protection for your cargo and help prevent your van becoming damaged, while maintaining rear vision.
