From virtual to reality and back again. Answering a call from the makers of Gran Turismo 6, Nissan’s young designers created a dream car to celebrate the game’s 15th anniversary. The virtual supercar made its debut as a physical concept at the Goodwood Festival of Speed last summer. But the first lucky ones to actually “drive” it? GT6 gamers, of course. So will a production version actually drive up the Goodwood hill in 2020? That remains to be seen...

The IDx NISMO’s co-creation dialogue took the distilled heritage of Nissan’s basic box-shaped racing vehicles of the past and married it with various intriguing new details. This resulted in a car that appears to be timeless while moored in a place all of its own.
