The NissanConnect EV app, which is used for the Nissan LEAF (produced up until May 2019) and e-NV200 vehicles (produced up until 2022) will cease operation from 30th March 2026
As a result, remote services (e.g. remote charging control, battery status, remote climate control) through the NissanConnect EV app as well as certain map-related features (e.g. map updates, live traffic, charging stations, online POI searches) will no longer be accessible in affected vehicles from 30th March 2026.
Remaining in-car services such as the Climate Control Timer and Charging Timer will continue to be available through the vehicle’s infotainment system. For further guidance on how to use on-board features, please refer to the Nissan Drivers Guide app or your Owner Manual.
This change is due to the legacy architecture of the current platform, which cannot be upgraded to support future enhancements or align with our ongoing development plans.
